Lakeside’s standardized testing program is scheduled for four days in May. Start Time refers to when the school day begins. Students should be in advisement, ready to test, at the times below.

Mariners of the Month
The Lakeside staff proudly recognizes the "Mariners of the Month" for April 2012 for the 2011-2012 school year. read>

Congratulations to Irene Koo, Claire Howard, Tristan Malhotra, Kelli Park, Anjali Subramanian, and Sophia Silane for being Orange County Champions and making it to the California State History Day Competition. Special recognition to Adithi Iyer for making it to finals at State. And special, special congrats Madeline Loudon, Cece McWilliams, Lauren Kim, Mikaela Davenport, and Amanda Cox for winning at State and moving on to the National History Day Competition at the University of Maryland from June 10 – 14. Please wish the girls luck as they move on to represent Lakeside at the national level!!!

Lakeside Middle School will be having a Scholastic Book Fair in the Library Media Center on Open House night (May 17) through Thursday May 24.

High School Registration Process ~ 2012

Calling all 8th graders! Attached you will find the 2012 Summer School Course Catalog and Registration Document. If you plan on attending summer school at the high school, registration materials will be available at each high school – and online – the week of March 26th. Completed registration cards are to be returned to the IUSD District Office, not your student’s school site, from April 16th through May 4th, Monday through Thursday 3:00-6:00 pm and Friday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.
