Registering Into The Current School Year

Once you have moved in to our attendance area, bring two residency documents into our office. We will start the registration process for your child/children.

Registering Into Transitional Kindergarten 2012-13

If your child was born between 11/02/07 and 12/02/07 and has not participated in a kindergarten program, he/she is eligible to attend the IUSD Transitional Kindergarten Program. Visit IUSD.org to learn more about this program. While not held at Alderwood School, you will register at Alderwood School for this program.

Registering Into 2012-13 Kindergarten

If your child will turn 5 years of age on or before November 1, 2012, he/she will be eligible to attend our kindergarten program. Kindergarten Information Evening will be held on March 22, 2012, from 4-5:00 p.m. for all parents scheduled to register into our fall program. Formal Kindergarten Registration will be held on March 23, 2012, and is by appointment only for those who are on file with our office. Please stop by our office to apply for the coming year’s program if you move in after March 23, 2012.

Registering Into 2012-13 Gr. 1-6

We are accepting Interest Cards for the 2012-13 school year. If you live in our attendance area, please stop by with two residency documents and we will discuss the registration process with you.
