BOARD POLICY - 7210

As District needs arise, architectural and contract management firms shall be invited to participate in a selection process conducted by District staff. Board approval of the firm or organization shall be required, prior to any award of contracts.

The Board of Education may assign a given project to any firm that has prior Board approval, based upon their consultants’ workloads and abilities to provide services at a specific time for a specific project.

Architects are encouraged to use local consultants in particular for civil engineering and landscape architecture that are familiar with Irvine developments.
