BOARD POLICY - 9131

The President of the Board of Education shall preside at all meetings. He/she shall have the right, as other members of the Board, in voting, introducing motions and resolutions, and discussion of questions that follow.

He/she shall sign such documents on behalf of the Board as may require his/her signature.

He/she shall represent the Board in deliberations with other boards, districts, or agencies unless another member of the Board is so designated.

He/she shall consult with the Superintendent in the development of the Board Agenda.
