Any meeting may be adjourned to a later date and
time by order of the Board. Such adjournment may be
by order of the Board (which order may be made by
less than a quorum) or, if all members are absent,
the Secretary may declare the meeting adjourned. A
notification of adjournment shall be posted
conspicuously on or near the door of the place where
the meeting was adjourned within 24 hours after the
time of adjournment and remain posted until the time
of the meeting. In addition, written notices shall be
delivered personally or by mail to Board Members,
newspapers, and others requesting such notification.
