Facilities Master Plan

 

The Irvine Unified School District is in the process of generating the next Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. LPA Inc. is performing the work as a result of a highly competitive RFQ and interview process. Presentations and other useful pieces of information regarding the development of our comprehensive facilities master plan can be found below.

 

Presentations

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, the Board of Education adopted the recommended Guiding Principles and approved the Elementary School, K-8 School, and Middle School Educational Specifications for IUSD's Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. These Educational Specifications are posted below. The Ed Specs will be used to guide the development of new elementary, middle and K-8 campuses, as well as improvements to existing sites. Site improvements will be based on funding resources available over the course of this 20-year long-range facilities plan.
