A New Year

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Winter Break and holiday season. As the New Year begins, we will be jumping right in! Students are learning more about reading and looking for chunks within words. In math, we will be making the next big step into the "teen" numbers and begin discussing place value. At the end of January, I will be preparing 2nd trimester progress reports- please look for them the first week in February.
