Irvine Unified School District's Early Childhood Education programs are all housed within the Early Childhood Learning Center, located at 1 Smoketree, Irvine, Ca 92604.

The mission of the Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) is to create successful, lifelong learners by providing developmentally appropriate early childhood education and support services. ECLC programs and staff strive to assist children in all aspects of learning and development. We recognize families as valued partners in the educational process and offer many opportunities for family involvement.

Please be aware that parking in the residential areas immediately surrounding the school is not allowed. Cars parked on the residential streets surrounding the ECLC are subject to being cited and towed at any time. A new parking lot has recently opened, to accommodate more vehicles.
