Teaching science at College Park Elementary is so rewarding!  My goal as an Elementary Science Specialist is to foster an unending LOVE FOR SCIENCE in my students that they will carry with them throughout their educations and into their careers.

In addition to our regular experiments, I will be focusing our curriculum around real world experiences and issues.  I want my students to take the roles of advocates for environmental issues and to start making changes locally in the ways we think about pollution, trash, and energy. Some unique projects going on at College Park to facilitate these goals are our school garden, the 6th grade trip to Florida, and our CP GREEN Team.

If you are a parent, guardian or family member of a student and would like to share something in our science lab, please email me. If you would like to see what's going on in the world of CP science, please use the links above. If you are interested in "geeking out," see the link below my picture.

STAY GEEKY!
