What is IUSD On-line Data Entry System
IUSD On-line Data Entry allows you to begin the enrollment
process for students new to the district. You must have a valid address in the city of Irvine to use this system.
The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the
process at one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time using
an assigned ID# and a password you select. To resume data entry of a student click the
"Resume entering data " button below.
Please note that enrollment is not complete until the On-Line data entry information
has been reviewed by the school, other school forms are completed, residency has been
verified and the school deems the entire enrollment process to be complete and acceptable.
What information do I need to enter data online?
You will need the following information to complete the on-line
data entry process:
- A valid address in the city of Irvine.
- General information about your student.
- If the student was not born in the USA:
- Date student entered USA.
- Date first enrolled in any USA school.
- Date first enrolled in any California school
- If the student holds refugee status, "A" number is needed.
- Name, address and district of previous school.
- Parent/Guardian's home/work phone and address.
- Name and phone number of emergency contacts.
- Immunization dates:
- Polio (OPV or IPV)
- DTP/DTaP/Td
- MMR (Measles, mumps, rubella)
- HIB Meningitis
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella (chickenpox)
- One out-of-state (within the USA) contact.
- Local physician name and phone number.
Can I use on-line data entry to register for Next-year
kindergarten?
Yes, next-year data entry is available Mid March for the subsequent school
year. Be sure to distinguish whether you are enrolling for the current school year still in
progress, or for the next school year.
How do I get started?
To begin, click on the “Enroll for 20xx-20xx” button below. (If you are viewing a printed form of this page, begin by going to https://www.iusd.org/enrl). You will be
asked to provide your residential Irvine address. Information about you,
and your student will be collected. Once finished you will print copies of a confirmation
receipt, one to bring with you to the school, one to keep for yourself. If you are interested in having your student attend a school other than your neighborhood school, you may contact the desired school of attendance to fill out a School Choice Card. Approval is contingent upon space availability.
What do I do after completing the on-line data entry process?
At your assigned school, you will be required to provide
proof of residence before completing the enrollment process. Other information will also
