Where shall Turtle Ridge residents enroll between now and the opening of Vista Verde at its new location?
To the extent school capacity allows, Turtle Ridge residents may enroll at the current Vista Verde school and commute until the new school opens. Parents who currently live in the Turtle Ridge Community are encouraged to contact Vista Verde located on 5144 Michelson. Please call our front office at 949-936-6350 for more information about enrolling for next year. Children living in the Turtle Ridge area are guaranteed a seat this coming July, 2006.
Turtle Ridge residents may enroll in other schools in the district under our Open Enrollment Policy as long as seats are available.
Will a Student be permitted to transfer when the new school in Turtle Ridge opens?
Because the calendars are different, the district does not permit late transfers into Vista Verde after its school year has begun.
When will the New Elementary School in Turtle Ridge Open?
Vista Verde is planning to open at its new location in Turtle Ridge early in the 2006-07 school year. More information on the new school is accessible in Frequently Asked Questions at the bottom of the page.
Will there be an option for Turtle Ridge residents who prefer a traditional school year calendar?
First priority for any open seats available at either Bonita Canyon, Turtle Rock, or Rancho Middle School will go to residents of Turtle Ridge.
