Greentree School opened its doors in 1976. It was built to accommodate 630 students. The building has five classroom clusters each containing four classrooms, as well as four portable classrooms.
Our teachers have an outstanding reputation for providing a strong academic program with emphasis on high student achievement.We use flexible grouping of students to match learning tasks to students’ needs. Responsibility adds to the quality of our program. Our staff is committed to providing an enriched and positive learning environment for children. We follow a traditional school calendar as part of the Irvine Unified School District.

Greentree School supports children and helps them to recognize their full potential, develop a positive self-concept and develop an enthusiasm for learning. We believe that students nurtured in a supportive and structured environment will develop responsibility for their own behavior. We also believe it is important that educators, parents and students work cooperatively to promote productive learning.
