Enrollment

Students who reside within Irvine Unified School District are eligible to enroll with Irvine Home School. To see if you live within Irvine Unified School District, please see our attendance map.

Required Documents for Enrollment

The following documents must be completed for enrollment:
Irvine Home School enrollment form
Residency Verification Form
Residency Affidavit Form

The following items must be brought with you at the time of your student's enrollment:

  • Verification of identity of parent (driver's license or photo ID and passport with photo)
  • 2 documents from the list below to support the residency verification
    • Current Electric bill (both parts, top & bottom, in English)
    • Current Southern CA Gas bill (both parts, top & bottom, in English)
    • Current Cable bill (both parts, top & bottom, in English)
    • Current Official Property Tax Forms or Income Tax Correspondence
    • Current Water bill (both parts, top & bottom, in English)
    • Current Waste Management bill (both parts, top & bottom, in English)
    • Current Payroll Stub (both name and address must appear)
  • Proof of student's age:
    • Official or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate or
    • Current Passport, or Immigration Certificate
  • Proof of Immunization Records to certify up-to-date immunizations for each student. Click here for a list of local sources for immunizations and physical examinations. Note the new state immunization requirements for students entering Grade 7.
  • All Kindergarten students must have completed a physical examination no more than six months prior to entering Kindergarten. (If an exam is completed between 6-12 months prior to Kindergarten entrance, another physical exam will be required prior to entering first grade.)
