Appointments
Off Campus
To help release students for appointments,
a note must be sent with your child, so he/she may be
excused from class. Students must sign out in the office
before leaving campus, and sign back in upon return. Students
will not be released to anyone other than their own parent
or guardian or an individual listed on that student’s
Emergency card.
