Medication at School

Students are not to have any medication in their possession, including aspirin. If it is necessary for a student to take medication during school hours, obtain the proper forms in the office and have them completed by parents or guardians AND PHYSICIAN. The forms are to be returned to the nurse with the medicine in the prescription bottle. Medicine will be administered according to the physician's directions.
