Rapid Identity IUSD Student Password Change & Challenge Questions |
At the start of the school year, all students passwords were reset to their permanent ID number. In order to set-up password change and recovery for the future, follow the directions below.
Go to identity.iusd.org on any device from any location. Type in your User ID (graduation year+last name + first name) (ex: 17doejohn) and use your long permanent ID as your password, which can be found in Parent Portal. Click on Login to continue. Having trouble finding your student username/password on Parent Portal? Click here.
The first time you log in to Rapid Identity, you will be prompted to create answers to your Challenge Questions. You will only need to create two, so do not answer them all. Click Save when finished.
Click on the Change Password button to change the student password. This should be done yearly or anytime you think a password has been compromised.
The password you set should be between 8-16 characters, a mix of numbers and letters, is case sensitive, does not contain personal information, and be easy enough to remember, but difficult for someone to guess. Click Change Password at the bottom when finished. You will now use that password to login with.
