Residency Verification:
It’s that time of year when all IUSD schools are beginning their assessment of returning students. This information is essential to best plan for the upcoming school year.
The following items (including requested documentation) are REQUIRED for every Stone Creek student and due back to the child’s teacher by Thursday, March 8th.
Students will only be enrolled for the 2012-2013 school year when all of the forms and proofs of residency have been submitted.
If you have any problems printing these pages, hard copies are available in the front office.
