   Why did you choose to work at UHS?
       >"Uni has the deaf program and my daughter is deaf, so I felt I would benefit from being exposed to more sign
   language. "

   Why did you decide to become an administrator?
       >"I was teaching  when my first child was born, and wanted to be able to work part time."

   What part of your job do you enjoy the most?
       >" I like to be able to help students analyze and work on their issues. I also enjoy working with the staff and
   students and their families."

   What advice would you give to the students at UHS?
       >"Get to know and understand yourself and what makes you tick. Do the things that make you happy as you
   work hard to be the best you can be in all parts of your life."
