How to enroll:

To begin the enrollment process, you must first complete the On-line Data Entry for Students New to the District at www.iusd.org/enrollment. After you have completed this process, print out the document. Include it along with the other required documents you will need to present to the school office clerk.
Please bring the original and one copy of everything along with a copy of your online enrollment.
Required documents:
1. TWO (2) proofs of residency (choose from the following items):

electric
gas
cable
water
trash bill
current social services documents
payroll stub

EACH OF THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE CURRENT AND HAVE THE TOP AND BOTTOM PORTION ATTACHED WITH YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS PRINTED ON THEM.

2. Your driver’s license or passport for proof of identity
3. Your child’s official birth certificate or passport
4. Your child’s immunization record.
5. Proof of current physical, TB test and dental check-up.

Once the documents have been provided to and reviewed by the office clerk, you will be given an enrollment packet to complete. When the enrollment packet is complete, please contact the school office and make an appointment to return the folder and finish enrollment.

Please pay close attention to the required documents and immunizations that you must provide for verification purposes. All entering Kindergarten students will be required to have had a dental check-up, a TB skin test and a complete physical by their doctors within 6 months prior to entering school.
