Streaming video program featuring famous people reading children's books aloud. You'll love this site!
Please sit down with your child and choose the safety topics you'd like to review with them through these animated slideshows. You can choose from fire safety, dealing with bullies, water safety, and many more.
I highly recommend this website. The students use this in computer lab, so they are familiar with navigating through the different lessons.
SCIENCE
This is a new site offered by FOSS (our science program). There is a Home-School Connection section and different activities for the students to play at home. Have fun!
AUTHOR STUDY SITES

This is a great resource of author addresses! Be sure to write in your friendly letter format (Date, Dear, Sincerely, etc.) and most importantly, don't forget to mail it to the author!
Either show me a copy or your parent can e-mail me letting me know you mailed a letter. Then I will pay you 3 Bear Bucks upon completion. Letter must be written in the same format we use in class.
